Tees valley leadership pathway
We value leadership and volunteering as sports and athletes would struggle to reach their full potential without this. Our mission is to develop high quality, empathetic, knowledgeable leaders and coaches who can go on to inspire and motivate others to be the best they can be.
What will you learn
Through each step of the Leadership Pathway you will learn different skills and behaviours that are crucial to delivery for every leader, volunteer and coach.

By following our pathway and completing each level along with experiencing opportunities along the way you will layer skills and knowledge helping you shape your own personal style.
How to get involved
Your School Sports Partnership will have this offer available to your school.
If you want to get involved in level 1 & 2 speak to your teacher at school.

For level 3 to 5 your head of PE and your school sports officer or SGO will have more details of how to sign up in your area.

If you want to join the level 6 & 7 programmes get in touch with us here at Amplify Tees Valley.
